The owner Roger Preisig plans and coordinates all assignments and work, regardless of whether it is a structural measure, a technical matter, house maintenance or a service order.

The cleaning area is supervised by the team leader Daniela Kieper. She organizes, plans and is often personally involved in the cleaning work.
