In 2000, our company celebrated its 100th anniversary. As a specialist seed and garden store, we sell seeds, bulbs, tools and gardening supplies for hobby gardeners, self-sufficient gardeners and professional gardening companies and farmers. The core product range consists of seeds, cuttings and flower bulbs as well as gardening tools and equipment for plant cultivation.

As a seed shop, we deliberately refrain from breeding and growing our own seeds. We leave this to the large, internationally active seed breeding companies - our suppliers. Instead, we see our role as an intermediary between seed breeders and consumers in large-scale and hobby cultivation.

The company founder, Gottfried Landolt, formulated this business objective in his first catalog, sent out in 1900, as follows: "It is my aim to supply my customers with only the best, tried-and-tested seed varieties of the most reliable quality." We want to live up to this principle even after 100 years.
