Manoela's passion for gastronomy began early on. More precisely, in her youth, when she didn't know exactly what profession she wanted to pursue.
Manoela couldn't have known it, but her professional future was in her blood. The business that her family had built up with great effort over 30 years ago in Brazil served as an example and motivated her to find her dream job.

For Manoela's parents, Manoel and Marlene, starting their own business was not easy. The family came from a humble background, but with a great affinity for business.
Everything was gradually done and done with great dedication to realize the dream of having their own business.

At the age of 16, far away from her country of origin, her greatest idol, her father Manoel, died. He left behind more than 10 bakeries, snack bars and 2 other factories that distributed bread to the whole city.

Thus was born in the heart of a teenage girl the love for everything her father did all his life.

Her mission in life is to "bring love closer through food!"

Manoela started in a pastry shop baking cakes, sweets, snacks, mini pizzas and later lunchboxes.

Her vision for the future expanded more and more, so that the need for a professional kitchen arose.

After some time, already married and with the help of her husband, they went in search of a kitchen. They found a restaurant.

In July 2020, Restaurant Manu will complete its first anniversary.
The period 2019/2020 was challenging with struggles but also victories.
But the love for gastronomy prevailed. The joy of this couple is to see the satisfaction and smile in every customer who visits the restaurant.
