Description
A warm welcome
At TCM Chen's practice, we offer you a variety of Chinese medicine treatment methods. Therapist Zhijun Chen will put together a holistic therapy program for the individual treatment of your complaints.
Our offer:- Acupuncture: Acupuncture is probably the best-known treatment method in Chinese medicine (TCM). Very fine needles (diameter 0.2-0.3mm) are inserted into the skin at specific acupuncture points. In this way, acupuncture can directly influence the flow of energy in the body.
- Ohiacupuncture: Small patches with a seed are applied to apply local pressure to certain acupuncture points. These can be worn for a few days and thus have a longer effect.- Electro-acupuncture: Traditional acupuncture can be reinforced with a light electrical pulse using a device.
- Cupping: Cupping is an important part of a holistic TCM treatment and has proven itself as an alternative healing method. It stimulates blood circulation so that toxins can be eliminated.
- Tuina massage: Tuina massage is a medical massage that is usually used in combination with other traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods. Blockages and tension are released and the flow of energy is stimulated.
- Phytotherapy: Phytotherapy, or herbal medicine, is often an important complement to TCM treatment.
- Moxibustion (moxa): Moxibustion is sometimes used in addition to acupuncture. Moxa sticks made from rolled or charred mugwort are used for this. After lighting them, they burn slightly and can stimulate individual acupuncture points with heat.
- TCM nutritional advice: In Chinese medicine, it is assumed that all foods have different qualities such as warm, cold, moist and dry. It is important to find a balance here in order to support the therapy.- Chinese,German
