Criminal law

In criminal proceedings, it is crucial for the best possible outcome that you confide in your defense lawyer at an early stage, as some wrong decisions cannot be reversed in retrospect. For criminal investigations, you should therefore not make any statements to the police or public prosecutor's office before consulting your defense lawyer and should refuse to make a statement in general (and not just answer individual questions).

Civil and criminal procedural law

Court proceedings are formally conducted according to the rules of civil or criminal procedure law.
