Massage
Classic massage
Classic massage consists of five different techniques: stroking, kneading, rubbing, vibration, tapping, and clapping. These massage techniques increase blood circulation, relax the muscles, and loosen adhesions.
Breuss massage
By stretching and extending the spine and massaging in St. John's wort oil, which has anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties, the intervertebral discs can regenerate and misaligned vertebrae can be gently corrected.
Key zone therapy according to Dr. Marnitz
Key zone therapy according to Dr. Marnitz is a manual therapy that works reflexively. This occurs directly via the central nervous system and via the peripheral nervous system with its nerve nodes. This form of therapy is mainly used for orthopedic conditions to mobilize and relieve pain in joint and spinal disorders and for treatment before and after surgery. Since it is performed without applying much pressure and the method does not promote blood circulation over a large area, it is also particularly well suited for use as an accompanying treatment for lymphatic drainage.
Dorn therapy
Dorn therapy can be used to correct functional leg length differences and realign vertebrae that are not in their normal position without applying excessive pressure, but with the cooperation and movement of the patient. Since a pair of nerves emerges from each vertebra, supplying the organ and tissue areas located in the same body segment, positive effects are achieved in these areas at the same time.
Lymphatic drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is a special massage that uses gentle, pumping techniques to decongest the tissue. The aim here is not to relieve tension but to stimulate lymph flow.
This results in faster reduction of swelling after operations and congestion. It has a positive effect on scar formation and removes inflammation and pain mediators.
When is lymphatic drainage used?
- After operations
- Injuries/swelling
- Water retention in the tissue
- Skin conditions such as acne
- Migraines
- Scar care
- Rheumatic diseases
- Pregnancy edema
