Sales

At the beginning of every successful real estate sale is the determination of a realizable price. We then produce the sales exposé and design advertisements for the web and target group-specific media in order to present the property as closely as possible to demand.

And only then does the actual sale follow - property presentations and sales talks with interested parties, right up to the signing of the purchase contract. And finally, after the sale, we also accompany or represent our clients during the notarization and transfer of ownership and also advise on the subject of property and income tax.

Valuations

Notorable finance companies value our valuations - they have both their own properties and those of their clients valued by us; this and our involvement in the Chamber of Valuation Experts guarantee the very high robustness of our expert opinions.
