Verein indicamino

Since 1956, we have been working as a Christian mission and relief organization (NPO) for marginalized groups in Latin America and have established five mission and training stations. Today, we work closely with the Conexión Indicamino network, which now comprises six independent associations in Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia, and we are privileged to see our guiding verse from 2 Timothy 2:2 gradually being fulfilled: "And the things that thou hast heard of me among me the saints, to these commit thou also."

Why we exist
indicamino stands for the education and training of indigenous peoples in Latin America in particular. We promote the mission of local organizations and churches, support their identity, and encourage them to actively put their plans into action. Through education and training in theological, technical, and social areas, people, organizations, and churches are strengthened in the long term. This gives tangible expression to God's goodwill. We encourage people to shape their future with confidence and to pass on the goodwill they have experienced. The restoration of our relationship with God through Jesus Christ is the appreciative and philanthropic basis for this. indicamino supports its partner associations, accompanies them on their journey, and helps to finance projects and mobilize people.
