AH Residenz Immobilien AG was founded in 1988 and managed by company owner Arthur Hartmann until 2009. Roger Hofer joined the company in 2002. As a member of the management board, he took over the continuous reorganization and realignment of the company. Following Arthur Hartmann's retirement, Roger and Nicole Hofer took over AH Residenz Immobilien AG, including the entire share package, and technical property management is carried out by HoGa-Service GmbH (House and Garden Liegenschaftenservice), which was also founded in 2002 and is part of AH Residenz.The office partnership with Fortuna Treuhand AG Wil, which has existed since the company was founded and specializes in accounting, tax returns and company formations, brings advantages and additions for both sides.
