Unfreundlicher Service

Sie haben nicht nur meine Frage nicht beantwortet, sondern waren dabei auch noch unfreundlich und konnten nicht mal mehr ein "Auf Wiedersehen" raus quetschen zum ende des 5min Gespräch. Erster Eindruck ist schon mal dahin!

kein riesenkonzern

im gegensatz zu den kommunikationsriesen kommt man bei der hotline in nützlicher frist durch und man bemüht sich redlich. ich fühle mich gut aufgehoben.
