You can experience Feldenkrais in two ways:

Group lessons
The group lessons are guided verbally. With playful and gentle movements, you refine your perception and get to know your movement patterns better. You will discover new possibilities and connections through experimentation.

Individual lessons
Here, your specific concerns are addressed. The therapist uses precise touch to stimulate your perception and movement. This allows information to affect the areas of the brain that organize movement. Feldenkrais makes you feel lighter, more stable and more balanced.

Feldenkrais and free dancing

Dancing has an extremely positive influence on body and mind and has a refreshing effect when combined with the Feldenkrais method.

"Free dancing" is gentle exercise that is easy on the joints. The group lessons last 75 minutes, during which we first warm up by dancing to a "wave" and focus on certain parts of the body, then move and relax mindfully and finally dance again for a long time. We improvise to music from different styles, arranged according to the 5 rhythms (wave), or rehearse short dance sequences. Dancing promotes coordination, flexibility and stamina, stimulates our creativity and awakens joie de vivre.

In the Polarity individual session, we specifically activate the self-regulation inherent in every person. The client and therapist work closely together. During the ongoing conversation, we identify the affected energy points and can thus restore the flow of life through blocked areas of the body and painful tissue.

The consultation also helps to recognize and change stuck behaviours and thus release blockages in the body. This creates balance and improves well-being.
