Welcome to Restaurant Trübli.
Tradition meets innovation at Trübli: on the one hand, refined dining culture since 1785; on the other, a young, dynamic team that stands for creative cuisine and informal hospitality.
In the evening, the restaurant offers only the Surprise Menu.
The first three courses cost 95 francs, the vegetarian menu 80 francs.

We offer our guests an extensive wine list with over 100 items, focusing on German wines. Our wine cellar, "Deutsche Weinbotschaft," stocks a wide variety of wines for every taste and occasion, exclusively from Europe. We know our winemakers personally and maintain regular contact with them.
