I am a complementary therapist and offer Shiatsu treatments in my practice in Winterthur or mobile Shiatsu at your home.

My Shiatsu

I work with my whole body and move around the room myself throughout the treatment. I often experience it like a dance or a conversation, a gentle questioning, silent listening and answering.

Deep and centered touch is at the heart of the treatment. Stretches, rotations, rocking (rhythmic loosening of an arm, leg or the whole body) and deep sinking into the body release blockages and give the body the opportunity to regulate and heal itself.

Through the accompanying conversation, the connection between physical, mental and spiritual patterns becomes clear. A single treatment is often experienced as very relaxing and liberating. Acute pain or blockages can also be relieved after just one Shiatsu treatment. Through the process of several treatments over a longer period of time, sustainable progress is made on all levels. The conversation is crucial in order to give the client the opportunity to put into their own words what they experience during Shiatsu. As a result, changes become perceptible and can be deeply anchored.
