The shoemaker since 1970!
HUG Schuh-Service has been at Obertor 23 in the heart of Winterthur's old town since 1970 and has long since become an institution. Today, Peter Hug runs the family business. After graduating from business school and completing an apprenticeship as a shoemaker, he took over the business from his parents in 1995. His mother, mentioned in the Winterthur Yearbook 2016, still helps out in the business today.
HUG Schuh-Service attaches particular importance to professional craftsmanship and the high quality of all work. Only quality materials such as Vibram, Topy, Continental, Locher etc. are used. In addition to shoe repairs, engraved plates for letterboxes and spare keys are also produced. Peter Hug is also an authorized military shoemaker.
