The tannery Keller Axel GmbH   has been on the market as a small company since 1994 and specializes in the manufacture and restoration of seating furniture and furniture leather. Our specialty lies above all in the variety of services we offer. We tan and dye our leather ourselves. We upholster, sew, maintain and repair everything that has to do with sitting or reclining. Whether fabric or leather upholstery - whether wood or steel frame - whether modern, classic or Bauhaus - we offer the knowledge and skills to meet your requirements for upholstered furniture.

Home visits

For my customers, especially private individuals from the Winterthur area and partly from the city of Zurich, I make home visits and advise them personally on furniture restorations.

During the home consultation (included in the price) the furniture frame, circumstances of use as well as light and room conditions are taken into account. I will be happy to show you upholstery fabrics and leather collections that I personally produce - almost any desired color of leather or fabric is possible, as I tan, dye and finish the leather myself in my studio.
