We are a traditional family business with a passion for craftsmanship. Since 1960, when Otto Schneider laid the foundations for our business with the purchase of the property at Hauptstrasse 20 in Flaach, our focus has been on quality and craftsmanship. Together with his son Urs, he built up the company, which was run by Urs Schneider and his wife Johanna from 1975 onwards.
Since 2000, we, Christoph and Yvonne Schneider, have been running the family business in the th generation with the same commitment and tradition as our predecessors. The fourth generation is also already active: Fiona Schneider, trained Baker/Pastry Chef EFZ and Confectioner EFZ, demonstrated her skills at the Swiss Skills 2017 and contributes to the further development of our company with her expertise.
With a love of craftsmanship, we have been offering our customers high-quality baked goods, confectionery products and chocolates from our own production for decades - a guarantee of traditional quality and innovative creations.
