- Founded in 1988 as a sole proprietorship by Bruno Peterer in Abtwil SG
- Converted to a public limited company in 1993
- Relocated from Abtwil to St. Gallen-Winkeln in 2002 with a new building and large showrooms
- Acquired the production plant in Winterthur in 2005.

Peterer Natursteine AG with headquarters and showroom in St. Gallen. All installation orders are planned and coordinated from the headquarters. The company's own production plant in Winterthur-Töss is equipped with the most modern infrastructure possible. Around 2000 natural stone slabs in various colors and surfaces are available for you in Winterthur.
