In January 2018, the company Buff Hauswartungen GmbH was founded. However, activities in the home maintenance sector (facility management) have been pursued since the founding of Buff Gebäudereinigung in 1989.

Buff Hauswartungen GmbH employs staff in the greater Frauenfeld and Winterthur area. As the company is currently growing, property portfolios in other areas are conceivable.

The employees are involved in various tasks in and around the property, such as lawn care, stairwell cleaning and regular maintenance cleaning of private apartments and commercial premises.
