The Feldenkrais Method is offered in two complementary forms

Whether in a group or individual session, this somatic method teaches us to become benevolently aware of the possibilities of our movements to encourage the evolution of a well-being adapted to our being in all its unity.

For both group classes and individual sessions, comfortable clothing is highly recommended.

Awareness through movement (AMM)

Group sessions

These sessions are verbally guided and organized around series of gentle, playful movements that respect the physiology and possible rhythm of each (e), at any age.
The aim is not to forcefully repeat movements in order to absolutely arrive, but, through attention, to discover habits and then new possibilities of movement that are more fluid, simpler and more effective, adapted to the body in all its unity.

Functional integration (IF)

Individual sessions

In individual sessions, movement sequences individually adapted to your specific needs are produced on the basis of the practitioner's (or of course the practitioner's) precise, targeted touch. 
Through this mainly non-verbal dialogue, you can feel the neuromotor organization of your movements and discover new, lighter (though more effective) alternatives better suited to current situations.
