My Journey: From Adversity to Healing

Who am I?

I'm Gregory Lambert, hypnotherapist, EMDR and EFT practitioner, based in Yverdon-les-Bains for over 10 years. A former member of the police and gendarmerie, special units, I have developed a fine understanding of stress and trauma mechanisms in the field, which I now transpose into my therapeutic support.

- Graduated in Ericksonian and Elmanian hypnosis, with numerous post-graduate trainings specialized in trauma management
- Trained in EMDR and EFT to effectively treat stress, burn-out and post-traumatic stress
- Trained in cardiac coherence and the use of biofeedback to objectively pilot stress management
- I constantly keep up to date with advances in hypnosis research (seminars, publications, professional networks)

- Combining scientific rigor and benevolence to offer concrete tools that can be applied immediately in everyday life
- In the field of safety, the TTI technique (Tactical Intervention Techniques) is used to manage stress in critical situations; I regularly draw on this framework to structure my support protocols
- Supporting everyone in emotional regulation, stress management and improving overall well-being, by adapting each method (hypnosis, EMDR, EFT, cardiac coherence) to individual needs.

The therapeutic techniques I use - hypnosis, EMDR, and EFT - are not just simple tools: they embody my passion and commitment to accompanying each person in their quest for well-being. These powerful approaches effectively treat stress, burn-out and post-traumatic stress, by addressing the root causes of emotional blockages.

I don't just apply these methods; I've also experienced them personally, and they've transformed my life, both personally and professionally. Day after day, I have the privilege of seeing my clients regain their emotional balance and rediscover a serenity they thought unattainable. These transformations are at the heart of my vocation and remind me why I chose this path.

My professional career has led me to evolve in environments where managing critical situations was part of everyday life. I was confronted with the complexity of the human psyche, faced with danger, uncertainty and trauma. These experiences enabled me to develop a unique understanding of the psychological needs of individuals, particularly in the face of hardship.

This understanding prompted me to reorient my career towards hypnotherapy, with the aim of offering caring support, combining listening, empathy and concrete, effective therapeutic tools.
