Rés'Os is established in the continuity of Os'car, whose original idea by Prof. Marc-Antoine Krieg was to reach out to patients and work for the prevention and treatment of bone diseases.

With the aim of helping patients in their fight against osteoporosis, the Rés'Os structure pursues the following objectives

• promote better screening and management of osteoporosis

• provide physicians with an effective tool for managing their patients

• keep patients within their usual care network 
.

PROCESSING THE BONE ASSESSMENT

Specially trained operators perform a series of examinations including:

• densitometry,
• a collection of bone risk factors,
• a falls risk assessment,
• an assessment of daily calcium intake
.

Radiologists perform

• an interpretation of the densitometry examination,
• an assessment of the dorsal and lumbar spine by LVA to look for possible compaction
• an assessment of bone architecture by TBS
.

Doctors specially trained in osteoporosis

• synthesize the anamnesis and radiology information,
• make a management proposal to the requesting physician and patient
.
