The Career Center of the City of Zurich is one of the largest competence centers for career issues in Switzerland. Around 120 employees provide customers of all ages with high-quality services relating to career planning.

We offer decision-making support when it comes to shaping your personal career - whether it's a decision for an apprenticeship, further training, a job change or a career reorientation. You can benefit from our expertise and experience in personal consultations, seminars and events.

Perhaps you are also looking for a job that challenges you more. Or you are unemployed or planning to return to work. The career center accompanies you from the search for an idea to its implementation with advice and information.
In application training every Saturday we give you valuable tips about your application, update your documents with you, practice job interviews together and show you where and how you can find further information in the Infocenter. Individually, free of charge and without prior appointment. 

Scholarship advice
The Career Center helps people in training to find the best possible financing solution - by telephone or in a personal meeting with a scholarship advisor. We only recommend a consultation after clarifying the cantonal scholarship entitlement. Scholarship advice is available free of charge to people living in the city of Zurich.
Since January 1, 2023 the city of Zurich has also been supporting its residents with work market scholarships.
