The Yoga Training 1 - Basic Course gives you a guided introduction to your own yoga practice. You will learn to apply yoga techniques (physical and breathing exercises, meditation, deep relaxation and self-reflection, etc.) and understand how they can be used in everyday life to strengthen your health and promote contentment and harmony.
The Yoga Training 2 - Advanced Course enables you to further deepen the strengthening and balancing effect of the integral yoga teachings through systematically structured exercise programs. You will explore various aspects of yoga psychology and philosophy and learn to understand them in relation to the effect of the practical exercises.
The Yoga Training 3 - Yoga Instructor Course enables you to pass on yoga techniques to other people and support them on their path to better health, more contentment and harmony in everyday life. Further deepening your sadhana (regular practice) is also the top priority in this course. Based on your personal experience, you will learn to teach yoga techniques competently.
In the Yoga Nidra training you will explore the original Yoga Nidra of the Satyananda system. You will get to know the technique and its origins in detail and understand how you can use it to achieve lasting relaxation and recuperation. If you decide to complete the training with a certificate, you will learn to teach Yoga Nidra in the traditional way (yoga classes).
