The BABU GmbH office for contaminated sites, soil and the environment is an independent consulting and planning company operating throughout Switzerland.

BABU GmbH was founded in 1996 as part of a management buy-out (MBO) of the "Contaminated Sites, Soil" profit center of the former Electrowatt Engineering AG (EWE).

At the beginning of the 1990s, we specialized in dealing with soil and contaminated site issues. We are now one of the leading providers of planning, consulting and construction management services for all issues relating to chemical and physical environmental impact.

Thanks to the in-depth qualifications, interdisciplinary approach and many years of experience of our employees, we are able to propose optimum solutions in terms of both technology and cost. We are used to constantly adapting our services to current customer requirements and acting professionally in the area of conflict between the client, other planners, contractors and supervisory authorities.

BABU GmbH has been certified according to ISO 9001:2000 since 04.06.2004.

Since 01.01.2009 we have been using 100% green electricity! In this way, we promote the renewal and construction of energy generation plants according to the highest ecological criteria.

In individual specialist areas, the cantonal supervisory authorities or professional associations issue special authorizations and authorizations to qualified specialists.
