I have also encountered a very diverse patient population in terms of origin, language, and cultural background. This has taught me how to engage in dialogue with people who have different expectations and needs, ensuring that patients not only receive treatment but also perceive the care provided by their doctor as effective, pleasant, supportive, and understanding.
