Raphael Gretener has been working as an independent construction manager in Zurich since August 1998.
Gretener Bauplanung GmbH was founded in 2003 and has been joined in mid-2021
by Leo Gretener Architekt MSc ETH.

We offer our services in the areas of planning, submission, construction management and construction accounting.

Our main work is probably best described as construction planning. We take on a construction project parallel to the execution planning and start with the submission and scheduling. 

We ensure that costs and deadlines are met by constantly monitoring construction costs and work processes. Our remit also includes cost estimates, the overall planning and execution of conversions and new builds, as well as client consultations. 

When Leo Gretener joined the company, we also took on architectural services in addition to our previous range of services.
