The carpet store on Klusplatz has been in family hands for almost 55 years. The company was founded in 1973 by Hans-Dieter Bräuer. In 1997, Karin Christen took over the business, which had previously been run by her mother Madeleine Bräuer and Mr. Bräuer.

Parquet

Our purchasing group "Die Bodenfachleute" has its own diverse collection of parquet. We also stock branded products from the Swiss manufacturer Bauwerk.
Depending on the intended use, the parquet flooring is oiled or sealed. Precise, careful laying is important for parquet flooring. We can offer you this thanks to our decades of experience.

Parquet is characterized by its longevity and durability. If required, parquet floors can be sanded and refreshed by us so that they look like new again.

Linoleum

Consisting of wood and cork flour, linseed oil and other natural raw materials, linoleum is one of the most ecological products.

Cork

Cork is a product of nature. It can be "harvested" from the cork oak every seven years. Cork flooring is familiar from nurseries and schools. Nowadays, there are many new and interesting variants of this floor covering, which we would be happy to show you.

Cork has a sound and heat-insulating effect and is easy on the joints.

Rubber

We distinguish between natural and synthetic rubber. The natural variant is made from the latex of the rubber tree. Synthetic rubber, on the other hand, is made from petrochemical substances (crude oil). Rubber can withstand the most extreme loads and can therefore be used practically anywhere. Popular areas of application are public buildings such as hospitals or industrial buildings. Rubber is also used as a coating for fitted carpet backings.

Rubber is one of the most durable floor coverings. It is durable and resistant to many chemicals.

LVT design floor coverings

LVT design floor coverings open up new dimensions in creative floor design. Whether wood, stone, natural stone or metal - thanks to innovative printing and embossing techniques, the reproductions and surfaces look absolutely authentic.
High quality standards ensure that LVT design flooring meets all requirements for sustainability and a healthy indoor climate. The floor coverings are often produced with phthalate-free and organic plasticizers and have been awarded the label for lowest emissions without exception.
