Herr Lenz versteht es mit seiner kommunikativen und kollegialen Art auf die Wünsche seiner Kunden einzugehen und sein Fachwissen ein fliessen zu lassen. Er fragte uns nach unseren Vorstellungen und Bedürfnissen und suchte für uns mit Geduld ein passendes Auto bis alle Kriterien erfüllt waren und stellte dieses Instand. So bekamen wir ein frisch vorgeführtes Auto zum vereinbarten Termin und fahren seither unbeschwert damit herum.
