Ich setze mich für Ihr Wohlbefinden ein mit Shiatsu, Schmerztherapie und wirkungsvollen Entspannungsmethoden (TRE® Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises, med. Autogenes Training, med. PME). Ich bin Co-Autorin des Selbsthilfe-Fachbuchs "Neurogenes Zittern - Stress und Spannungen lösen - die Original-TRE-Methode". Als angehender Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, dipl. Burnout Beraterin und NLP Master unterstütze und begleite ich erwünschte Veränderungen. Mit meiner ganzheitlichen Therapie können Menschen wieder zu sich und ihrem Potenzial, in ihre Kraft und Mitte finden. Ich habe mich auf die Themen Stress und Burnout, die zentralen Problematiken unserer leistungsorientierten Arbeits- und Lebenswelt, spezialisiert. Seit meinem Erststudium der Geisteswissenschaften an der Universität Zürich beschäftige ich mich mit der Therapie von Traumata, die individuell, familiär und kollektiv begündet sein können. Seit 2004 arbeite ich mit energiemedizinischen Methoden in der Praxis, seit 2007 mit Shiatsu. Ich arbeite ganzheitlich - das bedeutet, dass ich Körper, Geist und Seele als Einheit betrachte. Körperliche, seelische und geistige Faktoren können nicht isoliert voneinander behandelt werden. Die natürlichen Methoden, die ich praktiziere, unterstützen die natürlichen Harmonisierungs- und Regenerationsprozesse und mobilisieren Ressourcen auf allen Ebenen.
