Sono un operatore socio sanitario O.S.S. da quasi 20 anni. Quando si parla di una famiglia tutti devono sentirsi veramente bene considerando la posizione che si occupa, rispettare il valore di ogni persona per permettere all'anziano, all'ospite, al paziente di non sentirsi giudicato, ma, principalmente rispettato e compreso, vivere nella loro casa provvisoria il meglio della loro vita. Chiedere permesso, chiedere se posso, come sta', come si sente e' di vitale importanza, l'armonia fra tutti gli operatori crea nel posto di lavoro una casa dove bello stare ei frequentare. Visagno Residence is a home for the elderly that is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for its residents. Located in a peaceful setting and surrounded by nature, our facility is designed to provide high quality care and a full range of services to meet the individual needs of each resident. The day care center offers many attactivities and welcomes elderly people every day. Our team of about 150 people consists of professionals with diverse skills and roles, including nurses, social workers, care assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists and support staff. We believe in the importance of personal and direct contact among our staff and promote open communication within the entire facility. Each member of our team is valued and their well-being is a priority, as we believe that a positive work climate directly influences the level of care we can offer our residents.
