Ich hatte jeden Tag für mindestens 5 Monate starke Schmerzen im oberen Rückenbereich wegen einer falschen Haltung am Arbeitsplatz. Herr Sylvain Perrinjaquet ist sehr geduldig und erklärt ausführlich, welche Übungen durchgeführt werden sollten und warum. Jetzt, nach etwa 14 Sitzungen, sind die Schmerzen im Rücken deutlich reduziert. Ausgezeichnete Arbeit! Ich empfehle ihn ohne Vorbehalte.
