Das Heim wird professionell geführt. Das Personal kompetent und freundlich. Als Angehörige spüren sie den menschlichen Umgang in der Betreuung und Beschäftigung der BewohnerInnen. Die zum Teil schwer pflegebedürftigen und Dementen Bewohnerinnen werden sehr intensiv gut und professionell gepflegt. Das heisst es braucht Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und ist zeitaufwändig. Es darf nicht an Personal gespart werden, zufriedenes Personal heisst Lebesqualität für Alle.
