Von der grammatikalisch nicht ganz korrekten Offerte (lasst euch davon nicht abschrecken oder verunsichern!), über Auftragsbestätigung, Umzug bis zur Wohnungsabgabe nach der Reinigung hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Einige Möbel haben beim 2. Hinschauen zwar einige kleinere Dellen, aber dass wäre uns wahrscheinlich auch passiert. Die 4 Herren waren sehr freundlich, motoviert und haben tolle Arbeit geleistet. Auch die Reinigung musste top sein, da ein "Weibel" die Wohnung abgenommen hat! Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut und ich würde Roschumzug wieder engagieren.

I used the combined service moving+cleaning, and I was very happy. The moving team arrived on time, they were fast in packing my furniture, they wrapped it into plastic to avoid damage, and loaded everything on the truck. I moved a 45mq from Zurich to Lucerne in 5 hours (including two-way trip). As soon as the loading was done, the cleaning team arrived, and they also did a great job. The agency who inspected the apartment at the end had nothing to say about their work.
