Reiche Auswahl an Apéro Häppchen, alles aus dem See, sehr kreativ und sehr lecker! Auch die Fischknusperli waren sehr gut und perfekt frittiert! Meine 50 Gäste waren total begeistert und voll des Lobes. Ich kann Frau und Herr Solca nur empfehlen!

Das Essen war sehr fein, die Bedienung sehr nett. Auch unser Hund wurde herzlich empfangen und genoss zwischendurch sogar einige Streicheleinheiten vom Personal.

With my team, I offer you down-to-earth, traditional dishes with a hint of Mediterranean. Our specialty is the fish but also for a fine piece of meat you are in the right place with us. The wine lover has a large selection of the sunny slopes on Lake Biel to disposal. Gastronomy Our food is traditional and honest at the same time. As basic ingredients we use fresh, local and seasonal products, which we refine with pleasure in the good. The wines from our offer come from regional winemakers of Lake Biel. They are characterized by clarity, elegance and are very digestible. The selection is complemented with Lengen wines from Valais. These wines reflect the passion with which they approach their work. The Valais sun and the soil of the Vispertal result in tasty white and red wines. Beer (barrel). Steak. Cattle. Tartare. Fondue. Cordon Bleu. Fish. Coffee. Meat. Beer (bottle).

Frau Dr. Schrickel Berit ist immer erreichbar. Frau Dr. Schrickel geht auf mich als Kundin ein, hört zu und handelt sofort, indem sie das Tier untersucht. Sie bestimmt rasch und kompetent, was zu tun ist. Die notwendigen Apparaturen wie Röntgen, Bestimmung der Blutwerte und Urin sind funktionstüchtig und sofort einsatzfähig. Kot-Untersuchungen werden unkompliziert entgegengenommen und eingesandt. - Alles ist zur Hand für eine Blutentnahme. - Muss Urin aufgefangen werden, gibt Frau Dr. Schrickel die Schale zum Auffangen desselben mit. - Die Praxis ist leicht erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Oeffentliche Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. - Die Praxis ist immer einwandfrei sauber gehalten. - Gleich beim Eingang ist das grosse Angebot an Futter inkl. Muster für alle üblichen und gängigen Tiergattungen eines Privathaushaltes an Kleintieren. - Immer ist eine Person am Empfang oder am Telefon bereit, mein Anliegen entgegenzunehmen. - e-mail wird sofort gelesen und beantwortet.

War ein sehr schönes Fest. Super essen wenn auch fast etwas Zuviel. Besondere Lob an das Personal. Immer sehr nett und flott unterwegs. Schade das jetzt Winter Pause ist. Freue mich aber schon auf die Sommerferien. Gruss Ralf
