Mon expérience chez Iron Bodyfit a été géniale ! J'avais un peu d'appréhension, n'ayant jamais essayé l'électrostimulation, mais dès que je suis entré, l'équipe m'a fait sentir à l'aise. Les installations étaient super, avec des vestiaires et des douches privées. Le personnel était vraiment sympa et compétent. Après ma première séance, mes muscles étaient réveillés, et j'ai même mieux dormi 😁 Le fait que la première séance soit gratuite, c'est un super bonus.
