Le principe, simple, on amène un objet en panne, on explique ce qu'il y a, une évaluation du prix de la réparation nous est donnée, si ça fait plus ils nous appellent et on décide si on est ok avec le prix. Ai fait appel à eux une dizaine de fois et à chaque fois très satisfait. pat
