The Winemaking Process : • Grapes are hand-harvested and cooled before vinification to preserve their aromas. • Fermentation is carefully controlled, often in special tanks such as the spherical “Galiléo.” • Barrel aging, sometimes for more than two years, develops complex aromas and a silky texture. • No chemicals or modern techniques are used, ensuring purity and authenticity.
