Depending on the season, our offer includes fresh vegetables, seedlings, eggs, meat, flowers, perennials, tea and herbs, as well as some processed products. We sell our products in the 24/7 farm store. In addition, we supply the Enzian kitchens and produce specialties for wholesale. Certified with the Bio-Knospe, we guarantee a completely organic production. As a Pro-Specie-Rara member, we are committed to the preservation and propagation of old, traditional cultivated plants. In our café bars we offer daily healthy and fresh lunch menus as well as homemade sandwiches, salads and sweets at fair prices. Our foundation's own bakery makes our baked goods by hand every day. Some of our vegetables, herbs and salads are sourced from our organic market garden in Glattfelden, the meat is Swiss and the fish is sustainably farmed. We cook seasonally and make sure to use regional as well as organic products.
