The Neuchristen are a Christian faith community based on the teaching of Jesus and His Apostles, centred on the celebration of the seven holy sacraments under the guidance of the Sword Bishop. Their main seat is located in Ebnat-Kappel. We offer space for fellowship, prayer and the administration of the sacraments – including church services, pastoral care and personal guidance in matters of faith and life. Our aim is to help people renew and strengthen their bond with God. Families, seekers and those going through difficult times find with us orientation, support and genuine community. The Church of the Neuchristen is active in more than forty countries. We have branch houses in Germany, the Netherlands and in Central, Southern and Eastern Switzerland, where priests and sisters serve the faithful locally. Travelling bishops visit Germany, Austria and South Tyrol, holding monthly meetings and Holy Masses in over forty centres – inspired by the tradition of the first Christians.
