Wir haben ein Haus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert in der Collina D´Oro gekauft und von Thomas Kaelin (BAUM Studio) komplett umfangreich sanieren und Umbauen lassen. Die Liegenschaft ist nun wie neu ohne dass sie an ihrem Charme verloren hat. Wir hatten schon viele Liegenschaften gekauft und saniert. So reibungslos und vertrauensvoll wie mit Thomas Kaelin hat die Zusammenarbeit mit einem Architekten noch nie funktioniert.
