I started my training in Portugal and then moved to Switzerland! I had the opportunity to work in many fine places such as St. Moritz at the Kulm Hotel as Chef, and in Ticino at the Hotel Navegna in Minusio. In 2012 I finally had a great opportunity, namely to open my own restaurant together with my wife Camita.
