Sie bestimmt rasch und kompetent, was zu tun ist. Die notwendigen Apparaturen wie Röntgen, Bestimmung der Blutwerte und Urin sind funktionstüchtig und sofort einsatzfähig. Kot-Untersuchungen werden unkompliziert entgegengenommen und eingesandt. - Alles ist zur Hand für eine Blutentnahme. - Muss Urin aufgefangen werden, gibt Frau Dr. Schrickel die Schale zum Auffangen desselben mit. - Die Praxis ist leicht erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Oeffentliche Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. - Die Praxis ist immer einwandfrei sauber gehalten. - Gleich beim Eingang ist das grosse Angebot an Futter inkl. Déterminé ils visent directement dans la salle des soins, ou la question suivante se pose, qui a le droit de montrer d’abord sur la table automatique des soins. Dr. Ritter connaît toutes mes Basset depuis leurs jeune âge. Cette Vétérinaire douce et compétente confie les premières minutes qu’ a l’animal en les caressants et leurs parlants pour leurs donner confiance avant de commencer les soins nécessaires. Als mein alter Hovawartrüde vor Weihnachten einen ganz akuten, heftigen Durchfall hatte, konnte ich sofort zur Praxis kommen. Frau Dr. Kern hat uns unter den erschwerten Coronabedingungen kompetent und unter Beachtung der Vorerkrankungen und Medikamente, die mein Hund nehmen muss, geholfen. Der Durchfall war mit einer Spritze unmittelbar beendet. Herzlichen Dank!

Ich bin mit einer zugelaufenen Katze in die Praxis, um abzuklären ob sie gechipt ist. War sie! Die beiden TAs haben alles gegeben um die Besitzer ausfindig zu machen, die dann freudestrahlend ihren Jimmy wieder in Empfang nahmen. Das ganze Prozedere dauerte fast eine Stunde - und wurde nicht mal verrechnet. DAS nenne ich Dienst am Tier (und Menschen)
