At the Cave des Vins Fins in Chénens, you'll discover a sharp and original selection of local and international wines, most of them from independent winemakers. Launched more than forty years ago by Yvan Chappuis, a former manager of the Landi cooperative, the Cave des Vins Fins in Chénens is the result of his passion for wine. A wine cellar was built on the site of the cooperative, where no fewer than 50,000 bottles are stored. With my team, I offer you down-to-earth, traditional dishes with a hint of Mediterranean. Our specialty is the fish but also for a fine piece of meat you are in the right place with us. The wine lover has a large selection of the sunny slopes on Lake Biel to disposal. Gastronomy Our food is traditional and honest at the same time. As basic ingredients we use fresh, local and seasonal products, which we refine with pleasure in the good. The wines from our offer come from regional winemakers of Lake Biel. They are characterized by clarity, elegance and are very digestible. The selection is complemented with Lengen wines from Valais. These wines reflect the passion with which they approach their work.
