Ich hatte keine Ahnung von Peruanischem Essen. Da ich gerne neue Sachen teste wurde ich aufmerksam auf das ausser gewöhnliche Ambiente. Nun wurde ich so neugierig das ich es Testen musste, hatte über den Mittag Zeit und sowieso Hunger. Ich wurde Herzlich empfangen und bedient, mir wurde köstliche Gerichte gezeigt und welche sie empfehlen zum testen. Ich war so überrascht wie lecker das Essen war. Unglaublich gut, empfehle jedem dies zu kosten! Ich werde definitive wieder gehen. Vielen Dank, weiter so Alegria👑

Together with TM Million Flowers, Floral Designer & Events in Zurich, and Rosanna Lamanna, Professor of Art in Italy, we created a wonderful store concept. TM Million Flowers, with their unique and incomparable style, created floral compositions that make the Gelateria bloom. Rosanna Lamanna created the logo to match and hand painted each table. The floral design runs through the entire store concept, even the ice cream cups are printed with the beautiful flowers.

In our café bars we offer daily healthy and fresh lunch menus as well as homemade sandwiches, salads and sweets at fair prices. Our foundation's own bakery makes our baked goods by hand every day. Some of our vegetables, herbs and salads are sourced from our organic market garden in Glattfelden, the meat is Swiss and the fish is sustainably farmed. We cook seasonally and make sure to use regional as well as organic products. Coffee, good coffee is our passion My professional activity was in line with my passion, as I worked as an export manager for two well-known manufacturers of coffee machines and thus had regular contact with restaurateurs, coffee roasters, coffee traders and coffee importers. During my first trip to South Africa in 1998, together with my wife, I fell in love with the country and its people. Ten years later, my wife and I decided to emigrate to the land of our dreams, at the southern tip of Africa. In Knysna, a small tourist town on the famous Garden Route, we took over a small coffee shop and roasted coffee there, initially for our own use. Due to the many positive feedbacks from our guests, we expanded the production and sold our coffee at local markets and also delivered to the local gastronomy. Ten years later, we returned to Switzerland for family reasons and looked for a suitable location to set up a small craft roastery. The term "craft roastery" refers to small roasteries where coffee is roasted by hand with a lot of love and know-how. We found this in an empty laboratory room in the former chemical factory in Uetikon am See. According to the motto "Coffee, good coffee is our passion" we are now roasting coffee specialties in small quantities for the gastronomy and of course for private frahling lovers with high demands in the "RöstBar - die Kaffeemanufaktur" in Uetikon am Zürichsee with a traditional drum roasting machine of the South African manufacturer "GENIO Roasters". Simon Müller is an oil miller. He didn't always do that, but in 2010 when he discovered his passion for oils and their healing and health-promoting properties, little held him back. He quickly immersed himself in the world of seeds and nuts and became a Swiss pioneer of cold-pressed oils with the founding of Oelist. For over ten years, he has been running the family business together with his wife Sandra Müller-Karrer, where he brings his knowledge of oil plants and their processing into high-quality, natural oils and thus quickly became a competent manufacturer of organic oils in the heart of Kleinbasel.
