Ich habe diesen Sauerbraten ausprobiert welcher immer wenn vorhanden per Plakat ausgeschildert ist. Das Fleisch war absolut auf dem Punkt, braucht kein Messer um dünne Bratenstücke zu trennen. Die Sauce soo lecker gewürzt, ein Gaumenschmaus. Komme wieder in den sehr ansprechenden Laden mit so vielen Angeboten aus der Region !! Ein Metzger der seinen Beruf liebt.

Sehr angenehme Stimmung im 1.Stock der Brasserie. Kompetente und charmante Bedienung. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut, Weinpreise vorbildlich fair kalkuliert und was aus der Küche kommt ist top. Marco und Mathias sind eine Bereicherung für ausgezeichnetes Essen im Oberland!

Gemütliches Ambiente, sehr nette Gastgeberin und tolles Personal, welches dir alle Wünsche erfüllt. Mein persönlicher Favorite: Kräuterbutterpfännli mit Entercote oder Rindsfilet! Das Fleisch ist aus der regionalen Metzgerei und die frischen Brötchen zum Salat sind von der gegenüberliegenden Bäckerei! Wunderbare Salate mit hausgemachter Sauce (kann auch gekauft werden und so kannst du die Geschmacks - Erinnerung mit nach Hause nehmen). Zu guter Letzt stimmt auch der Preis - Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
