A space to grow, structure yourself, and refine your practice.
With more than thirty years of professional experience, I guide you with a precise, caring, and deeply professional eye to refine your technique, clarify your movements, and reconnect with the discipline and standards of ballet, whatever your level.
Here, every detail matters. Every correction helps you progress. From your own home, you gain access to professional, human, and attentive guidance, designed to reveal your potential and allow you to dance with greater clarity, strength, and elegance.
Classes are held in groups, but the approach is strictly individual. I always adapt my observation and corrections to each person’s needs and abilities.
You will learn to:
Adjust your alignment
Understand the importance of transitions
Manage weight transfer
Use the supporting leg effectively
…and many other essential aspects of ballet. My experience and my eye will support you as you move forward and reach your goals.
My approach: precision, discipline, and the truth of the profession
For me, dance is far more than movement or aesthetics. It is a profession in its own right, a discipline that requires precision, rigor, and daily perseverance. Working on a gesture, structuring the body, gaining accuracy, refining intention all require time, patience, and deep commitment.
Dance is never just “pretty.” It is the result of silent, often invisible work: hours of training, repetition, corrections, doubts, and starting again. Many do not see the effort behind this art, nor the consistency required to reach a high level.
In this discipline, individuality and the collective meet: each person carries their own history and body, but progresses through the energy of the group, respect for shared work, and collective construction.
This is the reality I transmit:
a precise, conscious, and demanding dance, where one learns to push beyond limits, to discover oneself, and to honor the depth of this art.
Classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm (Swiss time). A precise, structured, and sensitive training space, open to anyone who feels the desire to work, progress, and refine their dance practice.
