Each treatment is initiated by an initial assessment, which thoroughly evaluates the level of risk of falling using various tests.

In agreement with the patient, an individualized treatment plan is set up in accordance with his or her objectives.

We work in close collaboration with the treating physicians as well as any other health care provider involved, in order to ensure an excellent quality of treatment and care.

Your sport-health coach will start the session with a complete assessment of your physical condition. This will allow him/her to identify your strengths, but also your weaknesses. This will ensure that you follow effective training programs and will reduce the risk of frequent injuries due to inappropriate training.
