Käserei Graf AG in Grub, Appenzell Ausserrhoden, is known for its traditionally made Swiss cheeses and dairy products from the Appenzell region. In our shop, we offer a wide selection of fresh cheeses, raclette, Mutschli, whole-milk cheeses, fondue cheese blends, as well as regional specialties and appetizer platters.

Our products are made from high-quality, regional milk and are crafted with great skill, experience, and passion in our cheese dairy. Particularly popular are our homemade fondue mixes (e.g., with wine, cider, or sparkling wine), savory cheese creations, and cheese and meat platters for special occasions and events.

As a regionally based cheese dairy, we are deeply rooted in Eastern Switzerland and a popular destination for customers from Heiden, Eggersriet, Rorschach, Rorschacherberg, and Rehetobel who value authentic, artisanal foods and direct sales from the producer.

Another key focus is vocational training in dairy technology. We are a dedicated training company and offer apprenticeships, trial apprenticeships, and training opportunities for dairy technologists. In this way, we actively support the next generation in the Swiss food and cheese industry.
