Headed over to Lugano today from our base in Como. Passed by Creative and stopped to see if there was any availability. Ivana, owner, explained she had appointments to 4 but if I called back she would fit me in at 4. Called back and as promised Ivana was able to cut my hair. Unlike barbers in Ireland who go straight to shaver and speed is first priority, Ivana explained she likes to take her time, use scissors for most of the cut and only trim with shaver as required and to tidy up finish. With the sound of classical music in the background which helps relax Ivana and her customers we chatted for 30 mins whilst she sorted my hair. I really enjoyed her attention to detail and way of cutting. Not that I can be back next month, living in Ireland, etc. but can definitely recommend if on area call with Ivana for best hair cut ever. I will be back when next in area.
