PHILIPPE MARCHELLO, PLASTERING AND PAINTING COMPANY, is located in Frasses/Estavayer-le-Lac.

We carry out all types of work, both in renovation and new construction projects.

My grandfather Rémo started out in 1946 as a self-employed painter. Working in the Neuchâtel area,

he specialized in plastering and painting work. His four sons learned the trade in his

company. After moving to Fétigny, he worked throughout the Broye region, from Moudon to Payerne, of course, and also in

Vully in Fribourg and Vaud. The two young men, Bruno and Mario, went to Fribourg to practice their skills,

specializing in plastering work in Moncor, Schöenberg, Villars-sur-Glâne,

and the old town.

Once they had gained experience, the two brothers set up their own business in 1976 and created MARCHELLO FRERES SA Their clients were, of course, private individuals,

but also municipalities such as Payerne, Estavayer-le-Lac, Fétigny, Ménières, Cheyres, Les Montets, as well as

the Catholic parishes of the same name.

They also worked on fire and water damage claims with insurance companies such as La Mobilière, La Vaudoise, La Generali, Ecab, and La Bâloise, as well as banks such as Crédit Suisse, UBS, Raiffeisen, and

the Cantonal Bank of Fribourg.

We have also added to our portfolio the renovation of several important buildings such as the Broye Prefecture in Estavayer, the Château de La Corbière also in Estavayer-le-Lac, and several historic churches such as the Collegiate Church of Estavayer, the churches of Montet, Aumont, Nuvilly, Seiry, Cugy, Fétigny, Ménières, Corserey, Delley, and the Montorge Convent in Fribourg.

The work carried out includes: plastering, painting, liquid screeds, insulation, peripheral insulation, lightweight partitions, Alba, roughcast, antique ribages, suspended ceilings, wallpaper, various types of smoothing.
